Donation Terms and Conditions
These Donation Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all donations made to Asociación Be Human a Spanish non-profit association (“the Organization”). By making a donation, you (“the Donor”) agree to the following:
1. About the Organization
Asociación Be Human is a legally registered non-profit association under Spanish law, with its registered office at: Calle Bideburu 11, Zizur Mayor, Navarra, 31180, Spain.

The Organization carries out activities of general interest in accordance with its statutes and with Spanish regulations governing non-profit entities.
2. Voluntary Nature of Donations
All donations are voluntary and constitute an act of generosity without expectation of goods, services, or economic compensation.
Donations do not grant membership rights, decision-making authority, or governance privileges within the Organization unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Use of Donations
All donations will be used exclusively to support the Organization’s mission and activities, including but not limited to:

Educational, leadership, and training programs

Projects aligned with the Organization’s social purpose

Operational and administrative costs necessary for the functioning of the association

Activities aimed at advancing the Organization’s goals
The Organization commits to using funds responsibly and transparently.
4. Tax Treatment of Donations
As a non-profit association that has not been declared an “Entidad de Utilidad Pública” under Spanish Law, donations made to the Organization:

Are NOT tax-deductible in Spain (no IRPF or corporate tax deductions apply).

Do not qualify for the tax benefits provided under Law 49/2002.

Cannot be certified as tax-deductible donations.
The Organization may provide a simple payment receipt upon request, but this document has no tax effects.
5. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable, as they represent a voluntary and completed act of generosity.
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the donation to info@asociacionbehuman.es
6. Payment Security
Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers that comply with applicable financial and data protection regulations.
The Organization does not store or have access to complete payment information (such as full credit card numbers).
7. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected during the donation process will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws.

8. Transparency and Accountability

The Organization reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
Donations made after such changes will be subject to the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes arising in connection with donations shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Organization’s registered address, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
